We have built PLC-based systems for a variety of applications such as heater control for rubber moulding presses, telemetry links and have also carried out modifications and performed fault finding on existing PLC-based platform control systems.

RubberAtkins Heater Controls
Supply of an electric heater controls and data acquisition package for a specialist rubber mould press to be used to manufacture parts for the aerospace industry.
BP NPLIS Surveys
Carried out offshore surveys of existing telemetry system on a number of platforms, including identifying location for replacement telemetry panel and cable routes for system interfaces.
Shell Pipeline Telemetry
Install upgrade for Shell St. Fergus to Mossmorran pipeline telemetry outstations.
Magnus RTU
Upgrade of BP Magnus RTU equipment as part of the Magnus EOR upgrade.
Avonmouth PPU's
Replacement of Transco LNG Storage, Avonmouth PPU control system.
Isle of Grain Ex Tanks
Interface of Transco LNG Isle of Grain Ex-Tank pump temperature devices to iFix SCADA system.
Clair Telemetry
Provision of telemetry equipment to gather and distribute data for the Clair Oil Pipeline Integrity Monitoring System between Clair platform and Sullom Voe terminal.
